If I can supply any additional information let me know. The game released in April and they have already committed to releasing an expansion. Same designer(s) as Ascension and the same kind of game play except there are no monsters so you will be attacking the other players until only one is left. My final suggestion if you are looking for more interaction is, if you haven't already, check out Shards of Infinity. Personally I can't recommend Valley of the Ancients, while the temples to lead to more interaction they just represent such a huge potential point swing. Dawn of Champions, Dreamscape, and Delirium all have good mechanics that mix well with other sets. You could aim to have more events which points you to either Storm of Souls(big box) or Immortal Heroes(small box). There isn't really another set with lots of interaction so you may want to just find a set that matches well with GotE. That said if you are looking for more interaction then Gift of the Elements is a must since it has monsters you may add to opponents decks. r/tabletopgamedesign - Designer's subredditįrom my experience all the sets work well at 3+, the only ones that suffers some are the Rise of Vigil and Darkness Unleashed since the drawing from energy shards tends to slow the game.Rise of Vigil introduces treasure cards to the game system, with all treasure cards in this set being 'Energy Shard'. r/boardgameexchange - selling/buying/trading games Ascension: Rise of Vigil, part of the Ascension deck-building game series, is both a standalone game for 2-4 players and an expansion that can be combined with any other Ascension game to support up to six players.Game of the Week Calendar Related Sites & Subreddits The simplest use is to bold game names in your comment and add " /u/r2d8 getinfo" at the end of the post, but this post/sub has other features identified.
